If you want to terminate the PMS connection between Sirvoy and a Sales Channel, please first disable the connection from the Channel’s end. This can be done either from your channel’s Extranet or by contacting your channel’s account manager or support. When you receive confirmation that the channel has disabled the connection, please contact Sirvoy support and we will disconnect also from our end.
