Enabling the Category Picker
With categorized room types, booking engines can allow guests to search for rooms based on category.
- Go to Settings -> Booking engines.
- Click the three dots adjacent to a booking engine and choose “Edit”.

Under categories, select one of the following options:
- Show – Required
- Show – Optional
- Show – Auto Select if Not Chosen
- Click “Save”.
Note: Auto-select only works for room types with a single category.
