Tripadvisor Review Express is a free review collection tool that allows you to send review requests to guests after check-out, via Tripadvisor. Those emails can be sent out automatically by linking Tripadvisor to your Sirvoy account.

  1. Go to tripadvisor.com/ReviewExpress and type in your property name to activate the Review Express feature
  2. Configure the email content and automate the sending
  3. When this is set up, Sirvoy will automatically provide Tripadvisor with your guest’s email after check-out, so that they can send the review request to your guests. The email will be sent within the first 72 hours after check-out
