Supported Regions Setting Up Afterpay in Sirvoy

 

Afterpay is a global payment method that allows your guests to split purchases into four interest-free installments, available through the Stripe payment solution. 

Supported Regions

Afterpay is available for Sirvoy clients in the following countries and is only available as a payment option for guests with a shipping address in the same country as your business.

  • Australia (AU)
  • Canada (CA)
  • United Kingdom (GB)
  • New Zealand (NZ)
  • United States (US)

Setting Up Afterpay in Sirvoy

To enable Afterpay, activate it in both Stripe and Sirvoy:

  • Activate Afterpay in Stripe:
    1. Log in to your Stripe dashboard
    2. Go to Settings > Payments > Payment methods
    3. Configure your Stripe account for use with Sirvoy, if you haven’t already
      • In Direct Configuration, select “Sirvoy configuration”
    4. Activate Afterpay as a payment method.
  • Enable Afterpay in Sirvoy:
    1. Log in to your Sirvoy account
    2. Go to Settings -> Financials -> Card Payments
    3. Select “Stripe” as the provider
    4. Toggle on “Enable shipping address”
    5. Click “Save”

Note: When the shipping address is enabled in Sirvoy, it will be required for all guests who are in the same country as your business, regardless of whether they choose to pay with Afterpay or not.
