When you need to permanently delete rooms or room types, follow the steps below to ensure a safe deletion.

Deleting a Room in Sirvoy

Note: Before a room can be deleted, any current or upcoming bookings must be moved to a different room.

To delete a room, access the Room Summary by clicking on a Room ID on any of these pages in Sirvoy:

In the Room Summary, click Delete.
- If any bookings are assigned to the room, a warning will appear, preventing you from proceeding.
In the confirmation box, click OK to permanently delete the room.

Important: Deleting a room type will also delete any duplicate room types associated with it.

Go to Settings > Accommodations.
Ensure there are no rooms assigned to the room type by either deleting or moving them to another room type.
Once all rooms have been removed, click Delete.
In the confirmation box, click OK to permanently delete the room type.
