Editing Base Rates for Room Types

In Sirvoy, you can set room rates using either Fixed Price or Flexible Price options.

Fixed Price: A single rate applies regardless of the number of guests.
Flexible Price: Set a unique rate for each guest count. For example, if a room accommodates up to four guests, you’ll set rates for one, two, three, and four guests.

Editing Base Rates for Room Types

To set or edit base rates for your room types:

Go to Settings > Accommodations.
Click Edit next to an existing room type or Add New to create one.
Under Pricing, select Fixed Price or Flexible Price:
- For Fixed Price, enter the rate that will apply regardless of guest count.
- For Flexible Price, set individual rates for each possible guest count.
Click Save.
