How to Manage Stay Days & Length Settings in Sirvoy
Manage Sirvoy’s Stay Days & Length settings to control stay requirements, seasonal restrictions, and bookable days.

In Sirvoy, you can customize stay requirements to control the minimum and maximum length of stay, specify what days allow check-ins, and set what stay length increments are possible (such as requiring stays be booked in full weeks). These settings can be changed on a default level or in specific adjustments, allowing you to tailor room availability for select timeframes, seasons, or room types.
Changing the Default Length of Stay Settings
To set the universal default for all bookings, room types, and days:
- Go to Settings > Availability.
- Under Stay Days & Length, click the pencil icon next to Default settings.
Creating a New Stay Days & Length Adjustment
To create a stay length & day requirement:
- Go to Settings > Availability.
- Under Stay Days & Length, click New adjustment.
Day Length & Stay Settings Explained
Below are explanations of each setting available in Default Settings and New Adjustments.
Available in both Default Settings & New adjustments:
- Minimum nights per stay and Maximum length per stay control the total possible stay length.
- Stay length increment controls the increments in which the length of stay can be booked.
Examples:
- If Minimum nights per stay is 7, guests must book at least 7 nights but can also book 8, 9, or more nights.
- If Stay length increment is set to Full weeks, guests must book in increments of 7 nights (7, 14, 21 nights, etc).
Available only in New Adjustments:
- From and To: sets the timeframe for the adjustment, useful when making seasonal restrictions.
- Room types: specifies which room types are affected by the adjustment.

Applies to check-ins on: limits the adjustment to certain check-in days.
Note:
- Prices are calculated per night, even if full-week bookings are required. To display weekly rates, go to Settings > Pricing > Longer Stay Pricing.
- Adjustments for specific room types override adjustments for all room types if the date ranges overlap.
