Stay updated on new bookings by setting up notifications via email or SMS.
Steps to Enable New Booking Notifications
- Go to Settings > Booking Engines > New booking notifications.
- Enter an email address or phone number to receive notifications
- Click Add if you need to enter multiple emails or numbers.
- Toggle on Send notifications for bookings made by front desk to get alerts for bookings created by your front desk team.
- Click Save to apply the settings.
Note: Enter phone numbers without spaces or dashes to ensure proper delivery.
When Notifications Are Sent
Email and SMS notifications are sent under different circumstances:
- Email Notifications: Sent for all bookings, whether they come from booking engines, booking channels, or are manually created by your front desk team.

SMS Notifications: Sent for bookings made through booking engines only. Each SMS incurs a small fee. On the New Booking Notifications page, click the question mark icon to see the cost based on your plan and currency.
