You can create new email templates and customize default ones.

  1. Go to Settings -> Communications -> Email templates and click “Add new template”.
  2. Enter a name for the new template, for example “Booking confirmation”.
  3. In the drop-down list called “Send automatically”, select “Use as booking confirmation”.
  4. Enter the text and the placeholders you want to include in the message.

Note: If you don’t create your own booking confirmation, the standard Sirvoy booking confirmation will be used. Booking confirmations will not be sent for reservations booked through channels, instead the guest will receive a booking confirmation from the channel. All other templates such as “1 day after chosen event” will be sent for all reservations.
