Transferring Sirvoy account ownership

The outgoing and incoming owners of a Sirvoy account should follow this step-by-step guide for a secure handover.
Outgoing owner
1. Third-party services
- Log in to connected booking channels, follow their ownership change policies, and update account details for the new owner.
- For Sirvoy Vault, add a device accessible by the new owner and delete others: Settings -> Financials -> Sirvoy Vault.
- Disable auto-refill: Settings -> Sirvoy account -> Account Balance -> Auto-Refill.
- Remove saved card details: Settings -> Sirvoy account -> Refill now and click the delete icon next to the credit card.
2. Financial
- Remove your banking info: Settings -> Financials -> Invoice module.

To disconnect the payment provider (Stripe/Paypal), go to Settings -> Financials -> Card Payments -> Provider. Note: Disconnecting will delete stored credit cards.
- Alternatively, transfer account ownership by contacting your payment provider.
3. Sirvoy account
- Update contact details: Settings -> Sirvoy account -> Contact details.
- Export past transactions: Settings -> Sirvoy account -> Export.
- Change the main admin user profile to the incoming owner’s details.
- Delete unnecessary users: Settings -> Users.
- Give the password to the new owner or create a new one: User Profile -> Password.
Incoming owner
1. Security
- Immediately change the password: User Profile -> Password.
2. Account information
- Review the main administrator information in the User Profile.
- Verify the accuracy of account details: Settings -> Sirvoy account -> Contact details.
- Delete unnecessary users: Settings -> Users.
3. Financial
- Update banking information: Settings -> Financials -> Invoice module.
- Review Sirvoy Payment types: Settings -> Sirvoy account -> Account Balance.
