When creating email and text message templates, you can use placeholder codes. These codes automatically fill with content related to the current booking when you send the message.

You can view all available placeholder codes in the message template editor by clicking the ‘?’ icon to open the help text.

For example, if your template looks like this:

Dear %firstname% %lastname%,
Thank you for your booking.

This is what the guest would see:

Dear Carl Anderson,
Thank you for your booking.
