This page helps you monitor the operational health of key services that power the Sirvoy platform, ensuring you're always aware of any potential issues.
What Can You Monitor on the Status Page?
The status page tracks the operational health of all major Sirvoy services, including:
- Booking channel connections
- Sirvoy website
- Backend system
- Booking engines
- Sirvoy website builder
- Support services
- SMS and email delivery
- Payments & invoicing services
- General security
In addition, the status page provides visual graphs displaying the last 30 days of operational data for each service, offering a clear overview of past performance and any service disruptions.
Service Interruptions and Logs
If any interruptions or outages occur, ongoing issues are detailed at the top of the status page, so you can quickly assess the situation. For past issues, the status page logs both the start of the issue and the time service returns to normal. These logs can be accessed:
- In each service’s status component.
- In the Recent Notices section at the bottom of the page.
How to Stay Updated: Subscription Options
To keep you informed of any service issues in real-time, the status page offers multiple ways to subscribe to updates:
